OverviewCTC is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to deliver scalable growth for clients. You will partner with clients with clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. The role emphasizes accountability, ownership, and applying CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and media acquisition principles.ResponsibilitiesDrive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.Lead development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure seamless execution to translate projections into growth.Maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients about performance, strategy adjustments, and optimizations.Set benchmarks for performance marketing and advocate for best-in-class strategies and tools.Collaborate with the client team and internal pods (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) to manage and align activities.Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using Prophet System; conduct data analysis to inform maps and marketing calendars; monitor daily execution versus forecast.Pivot when needed, lead in obstacle situations, and apply CTC’s Meta best practices; build campaigns using established structure and processes.Ensure data integrity across systems (e.g., Statlas) and maintain high-quality deliverables within timelines.Communicate with clients via daily updates and participate in weekly Strategy Calls; align strategy and forecast with client expectations.Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding learnings back into the system and across teams.Work remotely with autonomy, meeting regular 1:1 feedback and quality benchmarks.Qualifications / What We Look ForAUTODIDACT: naturally curious, fast learner; receptive to feedback and autonomous learner; resourceful and self-driven.UNIMPEACHABLE CHARACTER: honest, self-aware, accountable, and open to constructive feedback.COMPETITIVE GREATNESS: thrives on hard challenges, persistent, adaptable, and passionate about work.NECESSARY SKILLS: strong communication in English, ability to persuade and present, and high emotional intelligence.DATA ANALYSIS: strong analytical ability with familiarity in data tools (e.g., Google Sheets) and a willingness to grow.PAST EXPERIENCE: broad experience across relevant domains (math, analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.).CRITICAL THINKING: structured problem-solving and practical, impactful solutions.IMPACT: motivated to contribute to a high-performing team with accountability and autonomy.RESULTS: ability to translate finance and marketing insights into a forecasted strategy and deliver high-quality results.What’s in it for me?Salary progression: First month $2,000; second month $4,000; third month average $7,000; 1st-year annual $64,000–$76,000; 2nd-year annual $100,000–$120,000.
