Sussex Teachers — a Brighton agency that actually is in Brighton — recruits Primary Teachers for flexible supply roles across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. You choose the days. You choose the schools. Not endless admin. Not 17 versions of planning. Not policy rewrites. You’ll walk into a classroom, teach the lesson, keep the children moving forward, and leave at a reasonable time. EYFS, KS1 or KS2 — whatever suits your experience (or sanity levels). You get all the good parts of the job, minus the workload inflation. Who we’re looking for You have QTS and recent experience with the UK primary curriculum. You can adapt quickly — new schools, new routines, different behaviour policies.
