Overview

The role of the Biddable Account Manager focuses on delivering best-in-class campaign strategy activation, optimisation, and analysis for Abrdn. Campaign objectives include branding, awareness, and lead generation. You will be working very closely with an executive, with the opportunity to develop your management skills and will report into the Biddable Account Director who oversees all biddable media activation for the client. You will be working across both Paid Social campaigns with activity primarily targeting the UK as well as other European markets.

You will work with the team to ensure the biddable media strategy is executed, implementation and optimisation goals are achieved, and clients' targets are met as efficiently as possible within the given timescales. These are fast-paced and dynamic clients who are looking for innovation and success.

You will work with partners including LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and X. Biddable experience is preferred, but candidates with a background in just Paid Social will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for activation, optimisation, and reporting via social platforms (primarily including, but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, X, etc)
  • Create media plans and provide spend forecasts
  • Support the AD on regular client communications, weekly calls, and account strategy
  • Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process
  • Manage and upskill junior members of the team
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in Paid Social. This role offers a great opportunity to develop line management skills. Passion for digital, an open mind, and an ability to work well with people are a must.

Pre-requisites for the role

  • In-depth knowledge of biddable advertising, particularly LinkedIn and Meta with a clear understanding of optimisation across these platforms
  • Media planning and analytical skills
  • Prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Team contribution
  • Performics values and ethics – Is open to new ideas and change, curious, and collaborative; actively builds his/her knowledge, skills, and digital expertise in order to promote and deliver effective campaigns; desire to contribute, above and beyond role, to the agency as a whole
