Job Title Senior Installation Engineers Location: Welwyn Garden City, Herts Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Company Vehicle Contract: Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week / Some flexibility maybe required / (Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00) Overview Senior Installation Engineers : Are you highly experienced in first and second fix of enterprise security systems? Have you got experience in supervising construction sites and leading installation teams? Do you hold an engineering degree or industry-specific certification? Do you have experience working with access control platforms, preferably C.Cure, Lenel, Genetec, or Gallagher? Maybe you have handson experience with video surveillance platforms, such as Axis, Bosch, Avigilon, or Genetec? Do you have strong working knowledge of IP networks and their application within security systems? Does a varied role, including occasional travel across the UK and Europe appeal to you? As they continue to expand at this exciting time of growth they are looking for a Senior Installation Engineer to join their field based engineering team. Job Requirements Strong experience in first fix and second fix of enterprise security systems Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following Access Control platforms: C.Cure, Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the following Video Surveillance platforms: Axis, Bosch, Avigilon, Genetec Strong working knowledge of IP networks and their application within security systems Competent in fault finding, fault resolution, and delivering fault-free installations Leadership & Project Delivery Demonstrable experience in supervising construction sites and leading installation teams Ability to coordinate with other trades and stakeholders effectively Strong communication skills with both technical staff and project management teams Health & Safety trained (SSSTS or equivalent) A proven ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members Capable of owning and leading projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and quality standards Confident working independently or as part of a team.
