Care Home Administrator

Barchester Healthcare are looking for an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within the home’s management team. Providing the General Manager with the support needed to ensure the efficient running of a high quality home, this varied position encompasses managing Customer Experience elements alongside HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and the supervision of junior members of the administration team.You’ll need to be a self-sufficient and professional individual who is enthusiastic and promotes a positive image when communicating with others and talking about the home, creating a positive impression.
