Programme Manager – Southwest Frailty Learning Hub Are you passionate about improving care for people living with frailty? Do you have a strong background in clinical programme management and education delivery? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Manager to lead the development and implementation of the Southwest Frailty Learning Hub. This is a unique opportunity to shape a regional resource that will enhance frailty awareness, improve workforce capability, and support better outcomes for individuals living with frailty across the Southwest. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development and delivery of a centralised Frailty Learning Hub. Coordinate the creation of the vision, strategy and associated programmes of work related to the Hub, ensuring alignment with national, regional and system objectives. Drive the direction of the programme by interpreting national direction for frailty, including policy initiatives, and regional change initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders across the southwest region, including commissioning, voluntary, community and social enterprise partners, and other providers. Manage the delivery of multiple, concurrent, independent and interdependent programmes of work to enable the regional Hub. Lead the delivery of the programme of work through the full governance framework from scoping and mandate to evaluation. About the Trust We are an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital‑based care to improve people's physical and mental health and also provide specialist support to people with dementia a learning disability. Over 4,000 people make up the Trust, including doctors, nurses, therapists, plus admin and support staff.
