Practice Nurse – St Helens (Full-Time & Part-Time) We are a friendly, patient-focused GP practice in Westhoughton, looking for a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our team. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time positions. Location: Westhoughton, Greater ManchesterPosition: Practice Nurse (FT/PT) Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in a primary care setting Manage long-term conditions (e.g., diabetes, COPD, hypertension) Provide immunisations, health screenings, and patient education Conduct wound care, ear syringing, and other clinical procedures Collaborate with GPs and the wider practice team to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate patient records and comply with clinical governance Essential Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration Experience in primary care or community nursing preferred Strong clinical and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Additional qualifications in diabetes care, respiratory care, or immunisations Experience with EMIS or SystmOne clinical systems What We Offer Supportive and friendly working environment Opportunities for professional development and training Flexible working arrangements (FT or PT) Competitive salary in line with NHS Agenda for Change How to Apply Please send your CV and a covering letter outlining your experience and availability to o.garner@purosearch.com or 01614411441 for any questions or queries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
