What You’ll Be Doing Design, update, and implement data centre network operations. Provide routing, switching, Wi‑Fi, and firewall support for HQ and all retail stores. >Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, firewall, and general connectivity support requests from staff. Plan and implement network changes. Perform scheduled maintenance across the network stack (patches/updates). Address support requests for network authentication or performance issues. Plan, procure, and implement new retail store connectivity. Create and maintain thorough documentation. Support the deployment of VoIP to all retail stores. Handle configuration management and deployment during hardware replacement or equipment failure. Provide escalation support out of hours for emergencies. What We Want From You In‑depth experience with Cisco core network (ACI, Catalyst 9K, Nexus, L2 & L3 switching, OSPF/BGP/EIGRP). Experience with Meraki edge network and Wi‑Fi (site-to‑site VPN via MX200/250/400, switch stack management). Knowledge of Aruba ClearPass authentication. Familiarity with F5 load balancing. Checkpoint firewall experience (HQ and cloud, site‑to‑site VPN). Background in a support environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills, able to speak to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Minimum CCNP‑level Cisco expertise (ideally CCIE for data‑centre topology). Experience delivering to SLAs and meeting deadlines. Understanding of major routing protocols and interactions between data‑centre and WAN networks. Experience performing network maintenance, upgrades, and security configurations. Design‑level experience to understand data‑centre topology. Can thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
