Paid Media Strategist Power Digital Marketing is a full‑service growth marketing firm that helps brands drive revenue and brand recognition. The Paid Media Strategist will own the execution, performance, and growth of cross‑channel paid media services for enterprise‑level clients. Responsibilities Manage paid search campaigns for enterprise‑level clients, including daily optimizations and high‑level strategy changes. Provide intelligent analysis, insights, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client‑specific KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Participate and engage in weekly department scrums and training sessions to further channel knowledge. Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals. Maintain frequent and excellent communication both on internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients. Utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow wherever possible. Participate in the development process for new department training materials. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department. Qualifications 3‑4 years of digital marketing experience. 2+ years in an agency setting. Experience in ABM‑specific DSPs and supporting platforms such as Demandbase, 6Sense, and Terminus. Deep understanding of intent data from multiple platforms and how to integrate it into overarching channel strategies. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with paid media channels, including campaign development and optimization on large, enterprise‑level accounts. Experience with complex client organizational structures (multi‑brand, multi‑product, long sales cycle) in B2B e‑commerce, hybrid, and sales‑led organizations. Significant campaign management experience with LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, content syndication. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites. Proficiency in Google Analytics. Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel. Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data beyond the stat and tell the story. Key Performance Indicators $13.5k team‑member EBITDA. Maintain below 10% client churn rate. 4‑6 complex/large accounts (top 100 of the agency). Seniority & Employment Mid‑Senior level, full‑time.
