Advanced Apprentice Manufacturing Engineering Join to apply for the Advanced Apprentice Manufacturing Engineering role at BAE Systems Job title: Advanced Apprentice Manufacturing Engineer Location: Samlesbury and Warton Salary: Starting from £18,018 with annual progression through the scheme duration What You’ll Be Doing Apprentices will learn skills in engineering practices – using tools and complex machines to carry out a range of tasks, operating safely and working on products in our manufacturing functions. You’ll spend the 1st year gaining foundation skills, knowledge and behaviours before moving into your trade discipline, e.g. Mechanical or Electrical Aircraft Fitter, Mechatronics Maintenance, Machinist, Toolmaker or Fabricator. In years 2 to 4 you will work in placements across Warton and Samlesbury sites, supported by a Skills Coach and Placement Supervisors on products and processes within manufacturing. You will continue to learn 1 day per week in the Academy for Skills and Knowledge. What qualification will you get?
