This is a permanent 4 day (0.8wte) role based in Hereford.We are looking for an individual who has experience of working within a Multi Disciplinary Team to provide assessments and support the diagnostic pathway for pre-school children who may have Autism.The post will also include working with young people with a range of complex communication needs, a large majority having a diagnosis of Autism, up to the age of 19. The WVT Speech and Language Team are striving to make innovative and sustainable solutions in supporting the children and families of Herefordshire.
