Greater London, United Kingdom Healthera Full time

Healthera Greater London, England, United Kingdom Talent Partner London or Cambridge (Hybrid 3+ days in office) At Healthera, we’re transforming how healthcare is delivered across the UK. Our digital platform connects patients, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to make access to care faster, easier, and more effective. The Role We’re scaling the team fast. We need someone who can build talent pipelines and effectively fill key positions. You’ll be our first dedicated Talent role, owning end-to-end recruitment across tech, commercial, operations, and clinical roles. You’ll work directly with the CEO and department heads to shape hiring strategy. This isn’t “post jobs and wait.” You’ll be headhunting roles ranging from engineering, data, product, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations. You’ll build employer brand from scratch. You’ll iterate on our hiring process as we figure out what “great” looks like at Healthera. Responsibilities Day-to-day recruitment across all teams - sourcing, screening, scheduling, and managing candidate experience from first contact to offer Work directly with the CEO and department leads to prioritise roles and design effective interview processes Maintain clean hiring data - tracking candidate status, time-to-hire, and source performance Write and post job descriptions that clearly reflect Healthera’s mission and attract high-quality applicants Support onboarding - coordinating start dates, introductions, and internal comms for new hires Be the bridge that keeps hiring moving and teams aligned - ensuring hiring momentum stays high and communication stays clear Sourcing passive candidates (we can’t always wait for inbound) You’ll thrive here if you ✅ Know how to hunt. You’ve sourced hard‑to‑find candidates in competitive markets (bonus if you’ve recruited in fintech, healthtech, or SaaS). ✅ Think commercially. You understand hiring ROI, time‑to‑hire metrics, and how recruitment drives business outcomes. ✅ Want ownership. You’re excited to build a talent function from the ground up, not inherit someone else’s playbook. What we’re looking for 2–4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent coordination, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring — from sourcing and screening to offer stage and onboarding support Comfortable partnering with founders and team leads to define roles and manage pipelines across multiple functions Strong written and verbal communication — confident creating job ads, outreach messages, and interview briefs Organised and proactive — able to juggle multiple open roles while keeping processes structured and candidates informed Competent using HubSpot, Google Sheets, and general productivity tools to track pipelines and metrics Why Join Healthera? Be part of a mission-driven team making healthcare more accessible for millions of patients. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a Series A company on a strong growth trajectory. Work closely with founders and senior leadership, with clear opportunities to grow into an executive-level role. Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and the chance to directly influence both business growth and health outcomes. Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Human Resources Industries Public Health 👉 If you’re excited about using your operational expertise to make a real difference in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
