Community Staff Nurse (Upper Eden) North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust Job Summary Community Staff Nurse (Permanent) – 22.5 hours per week with the possibility of 37.5 hours in the future. An exciting Band 5 Community Staff Nurse opportunity in the beautiful Eden Valley near the Lake District National Park. The successful candidate will work with our evolving Community Team as part of the Integrated Care Community (ICC), based in Eden and serving the local population of the Eden ICC. Daily working hours are currently between 8:30 and 23:00, with shifts from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and a late shift from 3 pm to 11 pm, covering weekends on a rotational basis. Main Duties of the Job This role requires you to support the provision of high‑quality care and to care for patients with complex nursing needs within the community setting. It is an excellent opportunity for registered nurses wishing to develop clinical skills in caring for patients, working closely with health and social care colleagues to prevent hospital admission, facilitate discharge, and promote independence through reablement and long‑term condition management.
