As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Manager's absence. Responsibilities Lead by example to foster a customer‑centric culture. Drive sales performance and maintain high service standards. Manage daily store operations, including compliance with health and safety and retail standards. Schedule and manage labor effectively. Provide on‑the‑spot coaching to enhance team performance and customer experience. Celebrate team successes and create an inclusive atmosphere. Qualifications A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment. Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues. Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards. Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics. Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems. Benefits 6 weeks of annual leave.
