Job Description: Position Summary The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in driving sales productivity and performance in the EMEA theatre. This role is responsible for onboarding new sellers and delivering ongoing training, tools, and process reinforcement across a rapidly growing global SaaS organization. The Specialist will collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product, Service, and other cross-functional partners to ensure sellers are fully equipped to meet and exceed their targets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead new seller onboarding to accelerate ramp time and ensure proficiency in product knowledge, messaging, value proposition, competitive positioning, and the full sales process. Deliver blended training programs (live, virtual, and eLearning) and develop curricula aligned with new product releases and go-to-market strategies. Coach sellers individually and in groups to build skills, reinforce best practices, and support ongoing performance improvement. Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop assessments, and align enablement programs to business priorities. Evaluate and recommend emerging tools and methodologies that elevate sales effectiveness and productivity. Identify and drive process improvements to increase seller efficiency and time in the field. Support regional and global enablement initiatives while serving as a trusted subject matter expert on Datasite’s products and services. Minimum Education, Experience & Competencies Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field 2+ years of experience in a quota‑carrying, Sales Enablement, or other commercial training role Understanding of the full sales lifecycle Ability to work cross‑functionally with varied stakeholders Exceptional written and verbal communications skills English fluency required; proficiency in an additional EMEA language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) preferred Strong initiative, curiosity, and work ethic, with a proactive, self‑directed approach to problem‑solving Ability to travel up to 20% Our company is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce where all individuals are respected and valued.
