The Foreman is responsible for managing a crew of 1-2 team members to complete tasks in a timely fashion.The Lawn Care and Landscaping Crew Foreman is responsible for understanding and transcribing job descriptions, problem-solving, and communicating directly with the customer. During the winter months, they will help to provide additional services such as leaf removals, property cleanups, and equipment maintenance.To succeed in this role, the Lawn Care and Landscaping Crew Foreman should have excellent time management and communication skills.
