Youll be part of a close knit team helping customers manage their tenancy and maintain their property while keeping our service running smoothly. What youll do Youll support your customers in understanding their tenancy and manage their rent. Help our customers with housing benefit claims and signposting to other services. Turn around empty flats quickly so new customers can move in. Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our building making sure were compliant.
