Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement using data‑driven analysis and process mapping techniques. Lead cross‑functional projects to streamline operational workflows, reduce cycle times, and improve service delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align process improvements with strategic objectives. Reporting and Performance Insights: Work with the HR Reporting team to create and monitor performance reports. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics dashboards to track team and organisational performance. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Establish feedback loops and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress on operational goals and identify emerging risks or issues. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for process‑related matters between operational teams, leadership, and external partners. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings to promote best practices and process adherence. Communicate process changes, updates, and expectations clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Change Management: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and adaptability among teams. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operational processes adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies in the countries we operate in. Implement quality control measures and audit processes to maintain high operational standards. Investigate process failures or deviations, initiating corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Technology: Support the implementation of Workday Performance to support process automation and data analytics. Work with the Workday programme team specialist to ensure system updates are managed and coordinated effectively. Deliver training on performance processes and Workday to key HR teams as required. Champion the use of digital platforms and data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation.
