We drive major reductions in costs, energy consumption and carbon emissions with our market-leading procurement service; informed advice, and unrivalled engineering expertise.In this role the successful candidate would be working as part of the mechanical design team to deliver projects from feasibility through to construction. – (RIBA Stages 1-6)Duties will include:Design, specifications and construction stage project management of mechanical projects (all aspects ofMechanical Services), this will include all RIBA stages.Run and lead their own projects. This will be multiple projects at any one time.Ensuring all projects are designed and implemented to meet British Standards, CIBSE Guides to Good Practice and other appropriate legislation guides to good practice.Mechanical Services Feasibility Study and Energy Efficiency Reports.Attend project meetings.Attend regular Design Department meetings where workload schedules will be planned.Develop good relationships with each team member.You will have knowledge of:Good working knowledge of industry regulations, mechanical design, and installationsGood working knowledge of utility services, both new connections and disconnectionsProject management/leading building service projectsONC/HNC in building services engineering or equal professional qualificationsUnderstanding of electrical servicesYour experience will cover:Experience in mechanical engineering, engineering consultancy and/or mechanical installationsExperience in design calculation software packages: AutoCAD & IESExperience in renewable technology and renewable systemsExperience in design calculation software packages: Design Builder, Cymap, BIM projects and Revit #J-18808-Ljbffr
