Why You’ll Love This Role Join an agency known for collaboration, creativity, and genuinely looking after its team Handle warm, inbound leads only-no cold calling Opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for one week each year Enjoy flexible working, with just 2 days per week in the office Attractive recurring bonuses tied to the clients you bring in Continuous support, coaching, and room to grow into a more senior commercial role What You’ll Be Doing Managing warm inbound leads generated through the agency’s high-performing digital campaigns Understanding client needs and preparing tailored pitches and proposals Guiding new clients through the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team Building meaningful client relationships with SMEs across a wide range of sectors Maintaining accurate pipeline activity and ensuring strong communication internally and externally Who They’re Looking For A tenacious, self-motivated mindset Genuine hunger to learn and succeed Strong communication and presentation skills Confidence engaging with clients in a consultative, friendly manner Agency experience is preferred but not essential A positive attitude and willingness to grow your career within the agency This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a commercial role where they’ll be supported, trained, and given space to develop - while playing a key part in helping SMEs boost their online presence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
