Are you an experienced Contracts Manager or a Project Manager ready to take the next step in your career? About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Contracts Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment and small building projects simultaneously. Typical project values are up to £500,000, and you will be working across various sites in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the wider South West.

You will take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of your projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee multiple construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion

*

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

*

Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management

About You:

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or a Project Manager in the construction industry

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Able to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across project locations
