Business Development Manager – Cardiff Local Territory | Face-to-Face Sales | SME-Focused Do you love getting out and meeting people, building trust face-to-face, and making things happen? This role puts you right at the heart of Cardiff’s independent business community — where every conversation is a chance to make a difference. Our client is a fast‑growth UK business (part of a £1.25bn group) already working with 130,000+ SME sites nationwide. They supply essential services to small businesses — from energy and water to card payments and EV charging. Now, they’re looking for a Relationship Manager to take ownership of Cardiff, building strong relationships with local SMEs and becoming their go‑to advisor.
