As the Hospital Director, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading the commissioning of a new rehabilitation and step-down mental health hospital.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
- Managing budgets and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Recruiting and training a skilled team of healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

About You

- Registered RMN or RNLD (other HCPC or NMC registered professional are acceptable if they have proficient experience)
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of mental health services and regulations.

- Experience in commissioning healthcare facilities is desirable.
- A passion for improving mental health care services.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and improvement.
