Job Title FORKLIFT DRIVER Counterbalance&Reach Location Aston Hall Rd, Birmingham B6 7FE Qualifications Forklift drivers must have valid Counterbalance and Reach Licences. Working Hours Monday-Friday: 39 hours per week Fixed mornings (5am-1pm) OR fixed afternoons (1pm-9pm) – depending on business needs Pay Rates £12.57 – Standard rate (+20% premium for the hours worked outside of the company’s core hours – 8:00-16:30) OT during weekdays: £18.86 OT Saturday & Sunday: £25.14 Role / Responsibilities As a FLT driver you will be responsible for contributing towards operational best practices within a diverse team of people. Your duties will include: Carrying out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor / or as per process agreed with team leaders per day. Performing all FLT checks before using. Operate trucks safely as per your training. Picking and packing. Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse. General warehouse duties. Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail. Heavy Lifting Involved.
