Claims Adjuster – Claims Department Apply for the Claims Adjuster role at Tokio Marine Kiln. The position reports to the Head of Marine & Aviation and supports the Marine & Aviation team to further develop our market‑leading claims offering, helping to attract and retain profitable business. Responsibilities Deliver a first‑class service to all customers through personal ownership and via the team. Manage claims arising from the designated portfolio, including those beyond personal authority – through ownership or by working with a more experienced colleague. Own nominated client relationships to ensure delivery of Claims services that support business objectives. Liaise with Underwriters to brief them on individual claims issues. Ensure fair customer outcomes and commerciality when making decisions in line with TMK values. Understand the company’s risk appetites in terms of delegated authority, conduct and financial crime. Champion company values and work in accordance with organisational behaviours. Remain aware of and comply with relevant rules and regulations concerning financial crime and conduct. Qualifications Experience handling Marine, Aviation, Fine Art and Specie claims in the Lloyd’s market. Good working knowledge of ECF. Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of the London market. Strong communication skills and a team player who is keen to learn and progress.
