Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects in the teacher’s absence

• Maintain a calm, positive and productive learning environment

• Use effective behaviour management to support students’ focus and engagement

• Communicate clearly with staff and pupils to ensure continuity and consistency

• Contribute to the school’s strong culture of care, respect and resilience

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone confident with excellent communication skills

• A reliable, punctual individual who brings strong presence to the classroom

• Calm, adaptable and able to manage behaviour effectively

• Experience working with young people is desirable, especially within SEN or mainstream settings
