About our Nursery
Busy Bees Eastbourne, rated Good by Ofsted, is a purpose-built nursery with a capacity of 100 children, designed entirely on one floor for easy accessibility. We benefit from close bus links throughout Eastbourne, ensuring convenient transportation for families. Our nursery features an onsite sensory room and large separate gardens tailored for each age group, providing enriching outdoor experiences. Role Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
Required Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under 5.
Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
