Business Development Director, Corporate Sales Join us to apply for the Business Development Director, Corporate Sales role at ŌURA. Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award‑winning products help our global community gain deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality using the Oura Ring and its connected app. We’ve helped millions of people improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure our team members have what they need to do their best work — both in and out of the office. We are looking for a Business Development Director, Corporate Sales to join our fast‑growing, results‑driven Corporate Sales team. This pivotal role will build and execute our comprehensive international corporate sales strategy, leveraging successful models from our US market while driving new, localized strategies for emerging international markets. What You Will Do Pioneer and execute international sales strategies to drive significant new direct B2B revenue, focusing on markets outside the US. Collaborate with Retail and D2C channels to identify synergies and joint market entry strategies that maximize international corporate business growth. Identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage strategic channel partners to expand market reach and create new scalable sales channels across relevant verticals. Manage the full sales cycle for complex enterprise and strategic inbound opportunities, from qualification through contract negotiation and close. Grow and expand revenue within a portfolio of existing strategic corporate accounts by identifying new business units, use cases, and executive champions. Become a subject matter expert in the application of our solutions across key corporate sales verticals: wellness and coaching, gifting and incentives, healthcare, and research. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to refine go‑to‑market strategies, develop compelling sales materials, and ensure successful partner onboarding and contract execution. Requirements 8+ years of proven, high‑performance experience in B2B corporate sales, with at least 3 years focused on closing complex, international enterprise deals or establishing channel partnerships. Demonstrated success navigating and closing six‑figure (or higher) deals within the wellness/coaching, healthcare, or employee incentives/gifting sectors. Fluent proficiency in CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and proven expertise in managing detailed sales forecasts and a multi‑stage pipeline across diverse verticals. A self‑starter mentality with exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills with a track record of building trust and influence with C‑level executives and international partners. Highly collaborative, “no job too big or small” team player mentality, essential for thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where priorities can rapidly shift. Location This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in London. A London office is available for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. The role requires an estimated 10‑20% domestic and international travel for client meetings, partner negotiations, and industry events.
