Job Title: Behaviour Analyst Location: Derbyshire & Nottingham Job Type:Full-time (Fixed Term) Salary:£41,000 - £48,000 dependent on experience This role is a Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities Overseeing the implementation of Strive across our services - our positive support model. It’s the way we deliver active care and support. We believe in being proactive, not reactive. By planning ahead, we create opportunities for the people we support to lead active and fulfilling lives. Supervising and supporting our PBS Practitioners Collaborating with the Regional Leadership Team to improve the experience of the people we support and our colleagues Delivering Active Support and PBS training and monitoring the outcome and impact of this Provide high quality best practice approaches to support the achievement of person centred goals for the people we support Working with services to reduce the use of restrictive practices. Ability to work collaboratively as a team with excellent communication skills. Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or Positive Behaviour Support BCBA or UKBA(cert)) Registration with UK-SBA (or willingness to register) Experience At least 1 years experience working in social care Skilled in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and interventions to increase skills and reduce behaviours of concern Familiarity with working with multi-disciplinary teams and balancing the differing views of stakeholders Our Support We go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support.
