The RoleThis is an exciting leadership opportunity to own and drive the end-to-end ecommerce strategy across the UK and international markets. With full P&L responsibility, you’ll be accountable for performance across digital storefronts, developing both short- and long-term growth plans that increase traffic, conversion, AOV and lifetime value. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to align digital growth with brand positioning, while leading and developing a passionate ecommerce team. Your mission is to create an exceptional online experience that defines a long-term customer journey and delivers profitable results.Key responsibilities Full ownership of DTC ecommerce P&L, budget setting, forecasting and delivery Drive performance across all ecommerce KPIs: traffic, conversion, AOV, returns, and profitability Lead the planning and execution of the global trade and promotional calendar Optimise UX and site functionality in partnership with our web development and SAP agencies Develop our CRM, customer segmentation, and email marketing strategy Oversee SEO, copywriting, and on-site content performance Ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience, from browsing to delivery Manage third-party agency and partner relationships, including logistics and affiliates Collaborate cross-functionally to align ecommerce with brand, marketing, supply chain, and NPD Contribute to overall business strategy with insights from digital performance Uphold data privacy, site compliance, and security standards including GDPR and PCIHow You\'ll Dazzle UsWe’re looking for an energetic, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital trading. You\'ll need a strong track record of delivering results in a DTC environment, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
