Deep technical competence in DMRB, Eurocodes, MCHW, CDM and relevant legislation. Ability to lead project teams, check designs, review calculations and oversee deliverables. Experience managing project programmes, budgets, resources and quality. Ability to act as a technical advisor and primary client contact. Experience preparing and overseeing AIPs, design reports, specifications, BoQs, PCI packs and H&S documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Degree / HNC / HND in Civil / Structural Engineering (or equivalent). Typically CEng with ICE or IStructE, or equivalent depth of professional experience. Desirable Experience signing AIPs or Cat 2 / 3 check certificates. Experience managing GI / PI programmes, capital maintenance schemes or broader asset management strategies.
