Your Role This role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation and delivery, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems. REDEFINE strategy – Work with clients to define their AI ambition, identify high‑impact use cases and design prioritisation frameworks that align AI initiatives with business goals and are built for scale. ENABLE business transformation with AI – Help clients disrupt their business model to embed AI and automation into core processes, unlocking new capabilities and delivering measurable impact. BUILD scalable AI capability – Develop and scale AI across functions, embedding the right skills, tools, governance and culture for sustainable adoption. DRIVE responsible AI adoption – Design and implement frameworks to deploy, monitor and assure AI safely and responsibly, ensuring transparency and alignment with core values. SUPERCHARGE delivery – Leverage AI to accelerate delivery and drive innovation, experimenting with new technologies to build proofs of concept and automate tasks. Additional Contributions Alongside client work you will also contribute to the business and your own growth through: Business Development – leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, pitching, and client hosting at events. Internal contribution – campaign development, think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, recruitment, team events and offerings. Learning & Development – training, certifications and support for career development. Experience in AI strategy and delivery – contributed to or led projects from discovery to deployment. AI capability development and enablement – supported organisations in building AI capabilities through learning pathways, operating models and readiness assessments. Understanding of AI ethics and assurance – aware of risks and responsibilities, designing frameworks for safe, transparent, accountable deployment. Technology & Delivery Experience Understanding of data and AI technologies, especially GenAI & Agentic Systems, and how to apply them to real business challenges. Workshop design and facilitation – led engaging workshops virtually and in person.Presentation and storytelling – comfortable presenting insights, recommendations and prototypes. High‑quality output delivery – produce impactful deliverables such as proofs of concept, interactive designs, business cases and strategy documents. Senior Level Options Consultant – strong foundation in data and AI, showcasing entrepreneurial mindset. Senior Consultant – experience delivering AI strategy and transformation projects.
