Do you have direct experience teaching in a nursery or Early Years setting? We are working with a welcoming primary school in Edgbaston that are looking for a confident practitioner to join their Early Years team and create a joyful, stimulating learning environment for their youngest learners. You'll be joining a well‑resourced setting with a supportive leadership team who value creativity and a child‑led approach. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed teacher who loves Early Years education and is looking to make a lasting impact. Your Role Leading a nursery class with planning, teaching, and assessment responsibilities Creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities tailored to the EYFS framework Supporting each child's individual development through observation and next steps Working closely with support staff, parents, and SLT to ensure strong outcomes Contributing to a caring and inclusive learning environment Why Work with Long Term Futures?
