Salary negotiable depending upon experienceWork location: Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, Westminster, SW1E 6QPHours per week: 36Contract type: PermanentClosing date: 14 December 2025ResponsibilitiesAs a Support Officer in the Regeneration, Economy & Planning (REP) team, contribute to delivering key projects and programmes across multiple services.Assist the Transformation & Engagement team in supporting initiatives related to Development & Regeneration, Town Planning & Building Control, and Economy & Skills.Perform administrative and support activities that benefit local communities, businesses and staff, including coordinating diaries, events, handling confidential correspondence, and building stakeholder relationships to enable project delivery.Identify and flag potential project blockers early and propose innovative solutions to keep initiatives on track.Support governance and oversee a wide range of workstreams and stakeholders to stay on top of requirements; gain exposure to diverse challenges and learning opportunities.About YouTo excel in this fast-paced role, you should be detail-oriented, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges, and have strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
