They are now looking to take on a hardworking and independent Asbestos Contracts Manager based in and around the Watford area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the asbestos industry, ideally within asbestos removals, assessing and estimating potential contracts, producing management reports and managing new and existing accounts. Applications will be considered from Aylesbury, Bedford, Bishop’s Stortford, Enfield, Harlow, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Hitchin, Luton, Milton Keynes, North London, St Albans, Stevenage, Chelmsford, Braintree, Basildon. Experience & Qualifications Strong technical, management and removals background. Previous experience within the asbestos industry. Well versed in relevant Health and Safety legislations. Good organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. The Role Carrying out management duties on a variety of contracts. Organisation of staff to complete contracts in a professional manner. Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety procedures. Completing risk assessments and method statements, writing tenders, specifications, appraisals and ASB5 notifications. Assessing and estimating potential contracts. Produce monthly management reports following company procedures. Managing new and existing accounts. Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
