If so, we want to hear from youWe’re seeking a Commercial Executive - Premium Finance to join our Commercial & Marketing team at our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.This role is a 6-month fixed term contract with potential extension based on team needs.In this role, you’ll support First Central with activities related to the delivery of the Premium Finance product, including credit control, lending, and consumer collections.Core skills required:Experience in Finance / Accounting processesProficiency with FocusResponsibilities include:Assist with outsourcing debt collection to Debt Collection Agencies (DCA), including fund accounting, write-offs, and administrationReview daily aged debt reports to ensure data integrityProcess manual journals for reconciliationRespond to queries from DCA’s and other departments within SLAMaintain controls throughout the departmentPlan and allocate daily workloads to meet SLAsIdentify and implement process/system improvements for Premium FinanceEnsure compliance with FCA CONC, TCF, and other standardsParticipate in system testing and project workPerform other duties as requiredDesired skills & experience:Experience in credit control, lending, and collectionsAbility to meet deadlinesStakeholder management in regulated environmentsExcellent communication skillsStrong organisational skills and time managementProblem-solving and influencing skillsProficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Project, PowerPointGood numeracy skillsSelf-motivated and proactiveKnowledge:Understanding of credit control principlesKnowledge of accounting systems and processesRegulatory awareness, including CONC and TCFBehaviours:Commercial awareness and impact understandingSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and organizedProactive and detail-orientedFlexible, positive attitude, and team playerCustomer-focused and driven to improve business outcomesAdaptable to change and proactive in project managementIf this sounds like the role for you, apply today Check out our reviews on Glassdoor and see what colleagues say about working here.What we offer:People-first culture with energetic, supportive workplacesPerks including health plans, flexible holidays, electric car scheme, flexible working, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr
