Location Dundee, UK Job Overview The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be a key member of the Global Total Rewards team supporting the UK, Ireland, and Serbia. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives and comply with local regulations. The manager collaborates closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global Total Rewards colleagues to ensure consistency, equity, and market competitiveness. Reporting This position reports to the Global Total Rewards Executive Director. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs that support talent attraction and retention. Partner with the Global Benefits Team to manage health, retirement, and wellness programs, including vendor selection, renewals, and interactions with plan Trustees and Brokers. Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices across assigned countries. Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local labour laws and global policy standards. Support recognition and global engagement programs in collaboration with the Global Compensation Team. Prepare reports and insights on compensation and benefits trends to inform decision‑making. Maintain and enhance communication platforms to educate employees and managers on Total Rewards offerings. Support financial planning and budgeting for compensation and benefits programs. Oversee job classification and evaluation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards roles (5 years may be considered with strong multinational experience). Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems. Familiarity with compensation and benefits practices in multinational environments. Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) are a plus.
