Meeting & greeting guests, dealing with guest complaints and comments. Liaise with HODs to ensure that standards are continuously developed and maintained throughout the Hotel. Maintain full knowledge of all inner workings of the Hotel, including room rates, hotel policies, VIPs, hotel events and more. Support Food & Beverage departments, including functions and conferences. Support reception and night teams as required. Continuously review team behaviour, appearance, and performance. What We Need From You We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements: An enthusiastic individual who aspires to be the best and can offer a warm and friendly welcome to all guests to make their visit exceptional. Strong leadership, management, communication, and organisational skills. Prior experience of a similar sized operation, including F&B operations, weddings, conference &banqueting and front of house. People focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to lead from the front to ensure the team delivers a standard of service that meets the needs and expectations of our guests.
