All successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced selection process including safeguarding-focused interviews and a rigorous due diligence process.Implemented by The Palladium Group, The Humanitarian and Stabilization Operations Team (HSOT) provides the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) with additional capacity and specialist expertise to support effective UK response to sudden-onset disasters, protracted crisis and complex emergencies.The HSOT is a team of over 80 core staff based in London and have experts on their humanitarian and stabilisation rosters who are recruited to work with FCDO during crises response and backfill for core staff.Procurement And Logistics RolesHSOT provides a range of expertise to the Humanitarian Crisis Response Department (HCRD) in FCDO to support crisis response and to enhance FCDO’s capacity in spikes in protracted crises. HSOT P&L team is sourcing a surge pool to contribute to the delivery of end-to-end supply chain services to support FCDO’s emergency response activity. Selected candidates will undertake a range of duties including procurement and co-ordination of goods and freight services during and in-between responses. These candidates will form a part of the roster out of which Consultants will be selected by Palladium International Ltd to work alongside, HSOT and Civil Servants representing the UK Government on short to long term tasks.
