About the Role This role will ultimately manage Global Networks' partner relationships. The incumbent reports to the Senior Vice President of Global Networks and develops alignment with partner markets to meet contractual obligations. You will be accountable for partner contracting, renewals, fee methodology, and financials, and you will serve as the partner champion for BCD's sales acquisition activities. You will focus on business reviews and communications with partners to ensure clear alignment on BCD's vision and direction, drive awareness of BCD tools and technology, and ensure security/compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and contribute to the strategic plans for the Global Network and gain support across the business. Represent BCD’s and its partners’ interests, fostering value propositions and ROI for both BCD and its partners, and guide innovation aligned to customer expectations. Establish and communicate the key targets (annually) to effectively deliver the agreed Global Network strategy. Create and capitalize on new income stream opportunities (e.g., partner fee models, new supplier deals, product sales to partners). Be an ambassador for global initiatives, driving support and compliance (Business Continuity Plans, IT Security, etc.). Serve as a key intermediary between BCD-owned/specialist functions and partners. Manage the performance of direct reports and down‑line employees. Qualifications Degree (or equivalent experience) in a Business/Financial/Language/Cultural studies discipline. Extensive experience in a global corporate travel agency. Experience of multi‑national sales, vendor relationships, plus agency experience in operations and technology. Direct involvement with worldwide travel networks and demonstrated global consolidation across procurement and sales. Adept at conducting business in multi‑cultural and multi‑faceted domains and achieving win/win outcomes. Excellent communication skills, sensitive to the particular global audience (written, presentations, public speaking). Willing and flexible to travel regularly, both short and long‑haul, sometimes with limited notice.
