Key duties include communicating with the public, elected members and colleagues electronically, over the phone and face to face; providing technical support for the team; working outdoors and in unfavourable conditions; and maintaining accurate electronic data recording, analysis and report writing.QualificationsExperience in a public or private waste and recycling environment is essential. Candidates must have excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills; good interpersonal skills; a flexible approach to work; and access to a suitable means of transport within the district.
