The Role You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients, managing the contract renewal and any retentions issues specifically. We are looking for someone with retentions experience, who can handle those difficult conversations, listen to a clients concerns, address them and find a resolution. If you have experience of upselling / upgrading customers, successfully retaining business and managing contract renewals, please apply today and we'll be in touch to discuss further Day to Day Responsibilities Working towards a telephony KPI. Renewal negotiations handling Identify opportunities to up-sell and actively promote additional services Ensure we understand client needs and market changes, providing feedback to senior management in order to develop our proposition and remain ahead of the market. Maintain the highest standard of customer service and support to the sales and bid team. Maintain personal statistical renewal reports on a daily basis, highlighting at risk clients and further opportunities What you bring to the team An organised individual with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency. Excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience. Multi-task oriented - can accomplish objectives effectively within time-frame given, carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
