A strong track record of building and executing territory and go‑to‑market strategies that scale over time. Deep understanding of the cloud‑native and Kubernetes ecosystem, DevOps, open‑source software, and application modernisation. Data‑driven leadership mindset, with working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Clari. Strong program management and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and measure impact. Experience managing partners, vendors, and cross‑functional initiatives. A collaborative, inclusive leadership style with excellent influencing and decision‑making abilities. A passion for customer success, innovation, and building high‑performing teams.
