Working across a range of sites offers you the opportunities for a more varied work schedule and patient group. Within this position be working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team across all 3 sites including other Psychiatrists.HoursMonday to Friday 9am-5.30pm We can offer some flexibility with shift times if requiredThis position is a full time role working 40 hours per week, you’ll receive an annual salary up to £189,900 per annum - depending on experience.How will we support you?You will be part of a team of 15 plus experienced and supportive Consultant psychiatristsYou will be able to attend monthly Consultant's meeting and 1:1 clinical supervisionBespoke induction, including our Introducing Health in Justice training courseCompetency frameworkCandidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK and due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checksWhat you'll be doing:As a Consultant Psychiatrist, your responsibilities will vary. You willProvide excellent clinical care, assessment and treatment to patients on the case load onsiteActively participate in the strategic direction of the mental health service, lead the senior mental health clinicians on service developments and provide clinical supervisionWork within the multi-disciplinary team to review referrals, determine appropriate treatment plans, conduct risk assessments, and engage in multi professional complex case reviews.If you are interested in career development, we have a wide range of opportunities for you to develop your skills and experience, which include both internal and external options for development and learning.
