Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Salford for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will oversee administrative operations, maintain office systems and equipment, and provide support to ensure efficiency in the workplace. Responsibilities include organizing schedules, handling office correspondence and supplies, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires ensuring the office environment operates smoothly to support the team’s creative and digital goals. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, particularly in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance. Proficiency in operating and maintaining Office Equipment to support everyday workflows. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships. Ability to proactively manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. Familiarity with digital media production environments is desirable but not required.
