We are working with a Principle Construction Contractor who are delivering a range of Construction & Refurbishment Projects for various clients through London and the South-East.

As a result of an internal promotion, the company are looking for a Site based Construction Manager to deliver both Construction and Interior Fit out Projects . Project values traditionally range from £500k up to £6 million

The candidate will based on one Project Site at anyone time . These sites could be in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire , Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire & Bedfordshire

You will be responsible for new build construction and fit-out projects . These will predominately be High- Specification Commercial Offices, Warehouses & Private Hospitals.

The scope of these projects will incorporate Construction, Ground Works, M&E and Specialist Fit Out packages.

This is a client facing role and the Construction Manager will be interfacing with a variety of key stakeholders within the client.

As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for programming the project, undertaking resource & material planning, organising and managing specialist subcontractors and running the project to time and budget .

With a Construction related qualification the successful candidate could be working for a Principle Contractor or Construction Project Management Consultancy.

The candidate MUST be able to demonstrate solid budget management experience, outstanding client and subcontractor management skills and a track record of delivering Commercial Office construction projects ( incorporating Groundworks, Frame, Construction & Interiors Packages) on time and to budget .

The successful individual will be rewarded with a salary ranging from £75k-£85k plus a car allowance, 10% annual bonus, medical cover , pension and 25 days annual leave. The candidate will also benefit from training & long-term career prospects
