Responsibilities Respond to client and colleague enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through genuine, friendly communication Book and coordinate show rounds for prospective clients Maintain accurate client records and build strong relationships Negotiate contracts and packages to maximise revenue Collaborate with the Director of Events and other departments to ensure smooth operations Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Director to tailor event offerings Plan and organise events from start to finish, ensuring every detail is in place Create detailed function sheets and BEOs for operational clarity Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report outcomes Propose ideas to improve service and event quality Understand and promote all F&B and event offerings, upselling where appropriate Support and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environment Attend team briefings and contribute insights for continuous improvement Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure seamless coordination Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and guest satisfaction What We’re Looking For You bring experience in event planning or sales, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting.
