Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeDirect message the job poster from Round-Peg Solutions (RPS)Are you a Quality Control Manager or a Quality Engineer with leadership experience, ready to take the lead in a senior-level role within a highly regulated, precision engineering environment?We’re recruiting a Quality Control Manager, to work with a globally recognised aerospace manufacturing business based in Lincolnshire, operating under a multi-billion-dollar industrial group who are rapidly growing.What You’ll Be DoingAs Quality Control Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing a team of 30+ quality professionals and owning the site-level QC function.
