Criterion Capital is seeking a ConstructionQuality Control Manager toreview and develop the current quality systemsand to manage and ensure that our construction projects meet the required qualitycontrol standards. Our projects are predominantly based in London and consistof residential re-cladding, High Rise extensions, & new build along withCut & Carve, change of use and new build Hotels and commercial. Key Responsibilities: Review and improve the current quality controlprotocols for the business Creatingand implementing procedures to ensure that our project adheres to establishedquality standards. Conductingregular inspections of materials, workmanship, and processes to identify andaddress any deviations from quality standards. Trackingquality metrics, preparing reports, and communicating findings to relevantstakeholders. Providingtraining and guidance to construction personnel on quality control proceduresand best practices. Ensuringthat the project adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and industrystandards. Regularlyvisiting sites to set up and audit all aspects of quality About You: Expertisein the quality control process, ideally within residential, hotel sectors Experienceof effectively managing quality control. Knowledge of the Building Safety Actand its requirements regarding Quality control would be an advantage. Excellentunderstanding of construction technology including design and constructiondefects and how to avoid them. #J-18808-Ljbffr
