As Sports Centre Team Member, you will : Be a role model for all centre staff, leading by example in operational excellence. Ensure clean, safe and functional gym, sports hall / pitches, studio areas and equipment at all times. Make great connections with all hirers and members, supporting a positive customer experience. Manage and oversee bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular checks and maintaining documentation. Play a key role in sales and retention of members, identifying and meeting their needs.
